This fruit dip is the perfect way to enjoy all those fresh summer fruits.
Fruit Dip Recipe
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 -102g PKG instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to directions
*Additional milk to prepare the instant pudding
Whip the cream cheese until creamy. Add brown sugar. Gradually add sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. In a separate mixing bowl prepare instant vanilla pudding according to package directions. Slowly combine with the cream cheese mixture. Once well combined place into an air tight container and chill overnight. Serve with fruits.
