These delicious Bran Raisin Muffins are an easy healthy breakfast to have with a cup of coffee.
Bran Raisin Muffins
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup lard
1 egg
1/2 tbsp. molasses
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup bran
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup raisins
Stir to combine. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 12 large muffins.

fresh with a cup of coffee
Maple syrup and butter
Strawberries and milk
